COVID-19 RESPONSE

MAKING YOUR VISIT A SAFE ONE!
 
Jazz Legacy Foundation is taking the safety of our community, supporters, and associates very seriously. We want you to feel comfortable knowing everyone around you is working to ensure your safety which will enable you to thoroughly enjoy the phenomenal talent headed your way.
 
Venue:   The Hampton Roads Convention Center has completed renovations to further enhance the safety of all guests.
 
Important Event Info
By purchasing or otherwise accepting a ticket to this Event, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 (coronavirus) exists in any public place where people are present. By attending the Event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 (coronavirus) and agree not to hold The Jazz Legacy Foundation Inc., Hampton Roads Convention Center, Agape Travel, or City Cruises by Hornblower for any illness or injury in connection with your or your guest’s attendance at the Event. 

ORDERING TICKETS

HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS?
ONLINE: We strongly advise using the link provided on our web page that will redirect to  Eventbrite. We advise  setting up an  Eventbrite account and  your tickets will be  available at anytime.

BY PHONE:  We,   Jazz Legacy, not Eventbrite) can take your order by  phone if you do not have access to a computer or a friend or relative that can help you with  that process.  However, we have to go through the same process as you would online .

IS THERE A PHYSICAL PLACE TO GO AND  PICK UP TICKETS?
Not at this time. Please order   Online via our website or by phone.  Also, the Hampton Roads Convention Center does NOT sell tickets for us.  

CAN YOU MAIL MY TICKETS?
We do not mind printing and mailing your tickets  if  you do not  have access to a printer.

ARE THERE ANY PACKAGES AVAILABLE ?

Packages  are  only made available during EARLY BIRD .   After that, You must  purchase your tickets per day and they will immediately  be available for printing.  Please  create an Eventbrite  account or download the app  to keep track of your tickets. 

CAN  I PICK MY OWN SEAT?
Yes.  All seats are numbered during the main event and you  do have the ability to choose your seats  online. Early Bird purchasers seats are assigned internally and that assignment will be printed on your tickets.
The exception will be  the  Saturday Smooth Jazz/ Day Party Cruise  and  After Parties, these are general seating events while tickets are available. 

WHAT IF I HAVE A GROUP AND WE WANT TO SIT TOGETHER?
1) During early bird, you can name your group and put that in the notes (How did you hear about us) section.
2)  You can purchase all the tickets for your group or
3)    After Early bird, you can call Jeri @ 757.434.0297 to arrange a  24  hour hold code on a group of seats for your party to purchase individually. 

IS THERE A GROUP DISCOUNT  ?
No. We do not have a group discount.  On occasion there may  be discount offered on select remaining tickets announced via email or our  social media pages, but only on remaining seats.

I JUST PURCHASED MY TICKETS BUT THEY DID NOT SHOW UP IN MY  EMAIL.
It is likely that  you made an error on  your email  address for that order. Feel free to call  757.434.0297 to have that corrected and your tickets will show up.

EARLY BIRD TICKETS

​WHEN IS EARLY BIRD?
Early Bird  dates are always announced at the  annual show.   It is announced only to those in attendance during the weekend of the  event. It is not announced publicly in order to give those in attendance the advantage of the best seating and discounts at the next years events.  Remaining seating is made available   March 1st

WHEN WILL I GET MY EARLY BIRD TICKETS?
As stated, all early bird is seated internally, and must be entered manually, which takes some time.
NOVEMBER EARLY BIRD  PACKAGES ARE COMPLETED BY SEPTEMBER 15, 2025

ARE   THE LUNCH CRUISE- PRE-PARTY AND AFTER PARTIES A  PART OF EARLY BIRD?

No, these additional events were not a part of early bird, and you must order when they are announced for sale if you choose to attend any of those events.
