JLF VENDOR APPLICATION 2022
Thank you for your interest in partnering with us! Offering your products to our Jazz Lovers is exciting and rewarding. Applications are subject to approval at the sole discretion of the Jazz Legacy Foundation. Approved vendors will receive an invoice.
Two 6 foot tables and two chairs will be provided. No outside tables/chairs allowed.
The 2022 fee is $850 for 4 days of vending Thursday-Saturday 4:30-11 and Sunday 12:30-7:00pm
A minimum $300 (NON-REFUNDABLE) deposit will be required upon receipt of the invoice. Refunds minus the non-refundable deposit will not be given after the final payment date. This is an indoor (Rain or Shine) event. Please EMAIL 2-5 PHOTOS of your vendor setup to jazzlegacyfoundation@gmail.com
